About the KPC Prayer Project

God is doing a new work. And to do it He's bringing His people back to their knees.

Plug into the KPC Prayer Project over Easter and see what God wants to do in your life.

24/7 Prayer – a worldwide movement of God
The KPC Prayer Project was born out of the international movement called 24/7 Prayer. People around the globe are finding a deeper relationship with God through ancient and timeless methods that bring us into closer communion with Him.

Where the KPC Prayer Project began
We drew a lot of inspiration from a prayer room run by Jim Tice, a pastor at Parkwood Gardens Community Church in Guelph, ON. Planning for The Prayer Project at Kortright Presbyterian Church began in September 2009. Sixteen people who attend KPC are jazzed by what God is doing. We want to feel Him, join Him where He's working and see His people grow.

When it's happening at KPC
Since September 2009 we've been meeting as a small group, preparing to open a special prayer room this Easter. The room will be open after the service on Good Friday evening through to Easter Sunday morning.
